Dilip will be launching his 40th book, Letters From The Few, and presenting on that title and Battle of Britain 1940: The Finest Hour’s Human Cost.

Joining Dilip will be Air Marshal Cliff Spink, Spitfire display pilot extraordinaire and Chairman of Trustees, who has contributed the new book’s Foreword, and will share with us his experience of flying Spitfires today.

As always there will be some very interesting guests in the audience, including relatives of the Few – some having made inter-continental journeys to attend!

Dilip Sarkar will be donating all proceeds to Bentley Priory Museum.

Full details and pre-orders will soon be available on the Pen & Sword website.

Admission will be by advance ticket only, bookings will open on the Bentley Priory Museum website in 2020.

In Letters From The Few, Dilip shares some of his voluminous personal correspondence with the Few over many years – these are letters received from the late Air Marshal Sir Denis Crowley-Milling, a Hurricane pilot and personal friend of the legendary Group Captain Sir Douglas Bader.
